| This year's informal
dinner will be held on 4th April, 2008 at
The Hop Cellars, Southwark, at 6 for 7pm. Tickets are
available from Becky Sugden or the Secretary, price £28.50. Cheques
should be made payable to ASCY and if applied for by post, please
enclose a SAE. Dress code is jacket and tie. All members and
their guests are welcome to attend. There are two alternative menus:
Starter
Creamed cauliflower soup, toasted almonds, white truffle oil
or
Spinach and nut Meg stuffed quail, seared chestnut mushrooms
Main Course
Roast vegetable and cheese casserole, whole wheat bread crumble,
braised onion sauce
or
Gresingham duck breast, onion marmalade, duck juice braised potatoes and
beans
Dessert
Bread and Butter Pudding, glazed apricot custard
or
Plate of fine farm house British cheese and home made chutney
Those attending the dinner are requested to let
