Ancient Society of College Youths
Established in 1637, the Society is the premier change ringing society in the City of London, with a national and international membership that promotes excellence in ringing around the world.

ASCY Hosts National 12 Bell Contest Heat
The Society is hosting the Competition at St Magnus.  The welcome and draw will be at 11am with ringing by the participating teams from 11:30 - 3pm.  The results will be announced in the church at 4:30pm.  Refreshments will be available in the church from 9:30am all day, with the Walrus & Carpenter specially open for us for food and an evening social where we will be joined by competitors and supporters from the heats at St Martin-in-the-Fields and Shoreditch.  More >

1st Society Peal at St Magnus

The Society rang their first peal on the new bells at St Magnus on Friday 11th December.

ASCY v SRCY COMPETITION
7th April

Details of this competition, hosted by the SRCY, to be announced.

CHARLESTON 8-11th April

North American members may descend on Charleston for a few days intensive ringing.  More >

JOINT ASCY/SRCY PEAL WEEKEND
15/16th May

Peals will be organised by bands of ringers drawn from both Societies.

COUNTRY MEETING 10th July

This will be held in Ipswich, Suffolk.

THE EVESHAM CUP 31st July

This is a competition, more details of which are to be announced, but put the date in your diary.

PEAL WEEKEND 18-19th Sept

Do arrange or take part in Society peals where you are this weekend.

373rd ANNIV. DINNER 6th Nov

This will be held once again at the Tower Guoman Hotel.  More details to follow.

TOUR TO AUSTRALIA 2011

Phil Goodyer is organising a tour to Australia 12th Feb to 6th March 2011. It will include a Country Meeting in Sydney around 23rd February and a dinner in the Banquet Room of Adelaide Town Hall on Saturday 26th February. A preliminary programme can be found here.
